She is also the vice-chairman and chief executive of the South China Industries Ltd., the deputy chairman and chief executive of Wah Shing International Holdings Ltd., the vice-chairman of South China Brokerage Co., Ltd. and a director of South China Holdings Ltd. She holds a Master degree in business administration from the University of Illinois in the United States of America. Ms Cheung is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Richard Howard Gorges, the director of the Company. He is also the vice-chairman of the South China Industries Ltd and South China Brokerage Co., Ltd., a deputy chairman of Wah Shing International Holdings Ltd. and a director of South China Holdings Ltd. He holds a Master degree in law from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. Ms Chan Siu King Cammy, the consultant of the Company. She holds a Master’s degree in engineering and business management from Warwick University in the United Kingdom. She is a member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Ms Chan is a Hong Kong Young Industrialist awarded by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 1993, and is appointed as an industrial fellow of the Warwick University. She has been in the plastic machinery business since 1975, and has 28 years experience in machinery industry. She is the only female industrialist who has won four top prizes in Machinery and Equipment Design, and Export Marketing in the Hong Kong Industry Awards. She is the founding Chairman of Hong Kong Plastic Machinery Association, the founding Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Machinery and Metal Industries, and is the honorary chairman of Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council. Ms Chan is a member of the Selection Committee for the 1st and 2nd Government of the HKSAR, a member of innovation and technology fund vetting committee of the HKSAR. She is a member of the basic law promotion and guiding board, and a committee member of Chinese People’s Consultative Conference (Jiangsu Province). Mr. Tung Chung Man, Oscar, the director and marketing manager of the Company. He holds the high diploma in engineering from Hong Kong Technical College and qualified in automation of manufacturing, quality and reliability, mechantronic, CAD/CAM technology and industrial control electronics. Mr. Tung has skills of factory planning, plastic and die casting machine operation technique, automatic CAD design, computer networking, machinery marketing and product analysis.
